No Guaranteed Results

Organic growth and SEO performance depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. While we implement structured strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic outcomes.

Payments are made for professional services and strategic execution, not guaranteed results.

Service Fees

All service fees, including:

• Monthly retainers
• Project based payments
• Consultation fees
• Guest posting placements
• Web development services
• Content writing services

are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Any work completed prior to cancellation will remain billable and non-refundable.

Setup and Initial Fees

Any onboarding, audit, research, or strategy setup fees are non-refundable, as these involve dedicated research, analysis, and planning resources.

Guest Posting & Link Placements

Payments for guest posting and backlink placements are non-refundable once outreach or placement work has begun, as publishing commitments and third-party costs are involved.

Web Development Projects

For web development projects:

• Initial deposits are non-refundable.
• If a project is terminated midway, completed work will be delivered and billed proportionately.
• Remaining unpaid balances must be settled for work completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DigiDuo reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any discretionary refunds.
